As a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, I believe exceptional primary care extends beyond treating illness- it is built on prevention, education, and lasting relationships. My goal is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care while partnering with patients to help them achieve healthier, longer, and more active lives.My clinical interests include preventive cardiology, obesity and metabolic health, lifestyle medicine, and sports and exercise medicine. I enjoy helping patients reduce their long term risk of cardiovascular disease through individualized management of cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, weight, nutrition, and physical activity. I also have a strong interest in men's health, preventive screening, and optimizing overall wellness throughout adulthood.As someone who is passionate about fitness and athletic performance, I enjoy helping patients safely incorporate exercise into their lives, whether they are beginning a wellness journey, recovering from injury, or striving to optimize performance. I believe physical activity is one of the most powerful tools available to prevent chronic disease and improve quality of life.I have a particular interest in medical innovation, including the thoughtful integration of technology and artificial intelligence into primary care to improve preventive medicine, clinical decision making, patient engagement, and healthcare efficiency while maintaining the human connection that defines excellent medical care.Whether caring for young adults, families, or older adults with complex medical conditions, my philosophy is centered on listening carefully, explaining medical decisions clearly, and empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare.
